Rotas
Rotas
Various rotas exist at both churches for volunteers.  Please consider volunteering, as without volunteers the churches would have difficulty in functioning.   To be put on any of the rotas below contact the appropriate person who will be absolutely delighted to hear from you.
Tea and Coffee
To help out with serving drinks after the 10 am Sunday service at St Martin’s please contact Brian Webb on 01438 811795 who will be very pleased to hear from you and give you a run down of what is involved. Helping in this way is an ideal opportunity for newcomers to get to know other members of the congregation.
Sidespersons
If you would like to help out as a sidesperson please contact either of the churchwardens (Phil Skinner or Lesley Griffiths) if you would like to serve in this way during the service.  You will be given full training and support until you are fully confident.
Flower-arranging (St Martin's)
No experience is necessary, as full training will be given.  Contact Sally Groves on 01438 812418.
Sally is also the person to contact when flowers are required for weddings and funerals at St Martin’s.
Kneelers
If you would like to make a kneeler or donate towards one, again Sally is your contact on 01438 812418.

St Mary's Guild of Service
To be put on the rota for flower arranging and cleaning at St Mary’s, Jackie Primett on 01438 747098 is your contact who will be delighted to hear from you.
If you require flowers for weddings and funerals at St Mary’s please contact Jim Pye, the Rector, on 01438 817396.
Readers and Intercessors
If you would like to read a lesson at Sunday services at either St Mary’s or St Martin’s contact the Rector, Jim Pye on 01438 817396 - you will normally only be required to do a reading three or four times a year.
